Store & Shipment Policy

When will my order arrive? 

Production and packing will begin after the store closes. This will take about 2 weeks. 
You'll be notified when the order is on it's way and a tracking code will be sent to you via email. 

International delivery will take 2 - 12 weeks from the shipment confirmation.

Your signature may be required during the arrival of the parcel at your doorstep. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to import fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. It is recommended to check with your local customs office or website for more information on what to expect.
I am unfortunately unable to offer refunds for any additional fees imposed.

Can I make changes to my order?

You still can if I haven't shipped it out yet! Email me at [email protected].

My item arrived damaged/it's the wrong product.

I apologize! I do double-check and try to make sure the parcel is packaged securely, but please email me at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We'll work something out!

My item is late/lost.

Please allow another 14 days for the parcel to arrive. Each order comes with a tracking number, so you can see where it's at currently. (Track it here.)
After that, if your parcel is still missing, please email me at [email protected].

Returns/Cancellations/Refunds.

Orders can be cancelled 24 hours after it has been placed by emailing me at [email protected] or via the Contact Form.

As of now, I do not offer returns or refunds for small items and prints but if you'd like to return books/zines, please reach out to me via email!
